
Finance & Admin Support Associate
About the Role
The Finance & Admin Support Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial recordkeeping and administrative systems. This contractor will be responsible for entering and verifying invoice data, organizing documentation, and supporting budget tracking in collaboration with our Finance Team.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 CSEC subjects (Grade 1-3) English,Maths and POA must be included.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace
(Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in nonprofit finance or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Key Accountabilities:
• Enter invoices accurately into QuickBooks Online
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Organize and file digital documents in appropriate Google Drive folders
• Monitor finance-related emails and flag priority items
• Update budget tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets
• Flag and communicate any line items that appear to be over or under budget
• Provide general administrative support as needed to the Finance Department
