
Night Call Center Agent (10:00pm-5:00am)
About the Role
• Handling inbound and outbound calls for an Australian based company.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads during customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications meet the quality and consistency standards of
the company. Key Details:
Monday - Friday
Tentative Shift 10:00pm - 5:00am
In-office work only (Chaguanas)
$28.00 per hour (bi-monthly paid)
Requirements
Minimum of Three (3) CXC subjects which includes English A.
Call Center Experience.
Phone based sales experience.
American/Australian accent is mandatory.
Familiarity of Australian culture.
Key Accountabilities:
• Must be able to adapt to working overnight.
• Computer Literate.
• Highly motivated and confident.
