About the Role
Requirements
• 5 CSEC Subjects Maths, English and French/Creole Manatory.
• Must be fluent in English and French/Creole.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• At Least 6 months call center experience.
• Must be 20 years and older.
Key Accountabilities:
• Handle Outbound calls to assist customers.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Must know how to send emails.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads during customer interactions.
