Requirements
5 CSEC Subjects. Maths, English, Spanish or French Mandatory.
Must be fluent in Spanish or French.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
At least 1 year customer service experience
Key Accountabilities:
• Handle Outbound calls to assist customers.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads during customer interactions.
