Maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall appearance of all FLOW locations.

Perform routine grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, power washing and waste disposal.

Carry out minor plumbing, electrical and civil maintenance works.

Assist with the transportation and setup of equipment and promotional materials for Sales & Marketing activities.

Collect and deliver facilities supplies, stationery, grocery items and promotional materials to designated locations.

Transport cables and other operational materials between the Warehouse and Hub sites as required.

Safely operate and maintain the assigned company vehicle in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Conduct basic vehicle checks, maintain adequate fuel levels and promptly report any defects, incidents or traffic violations.

Ensure company assets, equipment and vehicles are handled responsibly, secured and maintained in good condition.

Support the Facilities team with other operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
