The Director of Contact Centre Operations in this instance is serving as the engine of the company. He has over 20 years’ customer care experience in contact center management, quality management, and he is charged with soliciting all new business on behalf of CallServ. Mr. Sheppard created CallServ with the intention of helping companies reduce their cost of operations by providing lowcost, project-based solutions. His vision also developed the five (5) major departments of the company.
