About the Role
• Handling Outbound and Inbound calls for a US based company.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads during customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications meet the quality and consistency standards of
the company.
Requirements
• 3 CSEC Subjects Maths, C1/C2 English and C1/C2 Spanish Manatory.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• At Least 6 months call center experience.
• Must be 20 years and older.
• Venezuelan nationals must be fluent in English (spoken and written) and hold a valid Trinidad and Tobago work permit to be considered.
Key Accountabilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions in English and Spanish with professional fluency.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with prospective patients via phone, chat, and email.
- Accurately explain services, procedures, and next steps in a client-friendly manner.
