About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Agents to join our support team. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and technical support to ensure their internet experience is seamless and satisfying.

Qualifications/Requirements


  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a customer service environment.


  • A minimum of five (5) General CXC O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.

Key Accountabilities:
