Tele-Sales Agents
About the Role
The Telesales Agent will be responsible for selling Clients's products and services directly to
potential customers via phone and other communication solutions. This includes generating
new business possibilities and upselling and cross-selling to our current clientele in order to
meet targets.
Requirements
* Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes including Mathematics and English A.
* Possesses at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Word.
* Having knowledge of and experience in the mobile telecommunications industry would be an
asset.
* Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field will be an asset.
* Good understanding of Internet/IPTV and Fiber Optic technology will be an asset.
* Strong performance, team, and target orientation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
* Must be in possession of a Police Certificate of Good Character.
Key Accountabilities:
* Delights customers daily in keeping with Clients's Customer Service Philosophy.
* Accurately records prospect info and maintains listing.
* Accurately record/receipts customer orders and application forms.
* Achieves sales objectives while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Provides relevant responses to customers concerns, service requests, products and service
enquires based on actual facts related to the company's products or services.
* Responsible for executing sales strategies to receive new customer business through
registration and sign-ups via outbound calls.
* Cold calling to introduce customers to new packages.
* Upgrades Campaigns for existing customers.
* Promotional Offerings for existing customers.
* Collaborates with other departments (internally and externally) to meet objectives.
* Assists with the preparation of bids as needed.
