An energetic, driven and ambitious individual who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis will fill this role. A Virtual Sales Advisor will find creative and honest ways to meet and exceed sales targets daily, keen about learning new techniques and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where products are dynamic, people are unpredictable. You will enjoy thinking on your feet to provide quick sales solutions and problem resolutions.
As a virtual sales advisor, you market a product or service through online services. Your primary responsibilities are to sell your product or service to new and returning customers and provide follow-up on them purchasing it. You follow up with new prospects or lead, call potential customers, contact previous buyers to follow up on their purchases.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or cxc Math and English
Proficient computer skills
Ability to operate within a home office
Love and live the CWC brand
Be an advocate of the customer
Demonstrate a willingness to be of service
Be passionate about CWC products and services
Enjoy working independently and as part of a team

Key Accountabilities:
• Sales & Service Advisor
• Answer emails or online chat messages.
• Demonstrate warmth, care and willingness to interact.
• Provide the most efficient route for customers seeking help and advice.
• Use CWC Virtual sales cycle to thoroughly explore customers’ needs and help them buy.
• Be actively engaging with customers who are seeking help to buy.
• Use questioning techniques aligned to the virtual sales cycle to close sales.
• Upsell at every opportunity to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Attend and participate in all Sales related training.
• Use prescribed sales scripts when required.
• Process all sales transactions accurately, provisioning and advising customer of pick up, providing clear fulfillment instructions.
• Explain and educate customers on policies e.g. return policies, Service Level Agreements, Terms & Conditions.
• Direct customers with appropriate information where they can receive further customer service support.
